Speakers
- Craig Schwartz is president of fTLD Registry Services, the operator of the .Bank and .Insurance Top-Level Domains.
He led the formation of fTLD in 2011 and continues to lead the team in achieving fTLD's mission of operating trusted,
verified, more secure and easily identifiable online locations for financial companies and their customers. Previously,
he was with the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN), the regulator of the Internet's Domain
Name System, serving as Chief gTLD Registry Liaison. Before joining ICANN, Schwartz was with Widmeyer
Communications, a DC-based public relations and strategic communications firm, and most recently as vice president
operations. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Maryland.
- Mark Field is president and chairman of the board of Liberty Bank in Liberty, IL. He joined the institution in May 1985
as a loan officer and climbed the ranks to become President in 1990 and Board Chairman in 1995. He has served on
the State Banking Board of Illinois since 1997 having been appointed and reappointed by six consecutive governors
(from Jim Edgar to JB Pritzker). Field is known for his advocacy for community banking, his legislative work regarding
the banking industry, and his extensive involvement with the Community Bankers Association of Illinois (CBAI). He is
active in the Independent Community Bankers of America, and serves his community in many roles; Rural Adams
Development Corporation, Liberty Education Foundation Board, Liberty Lions Club, and various civic and charitable
boards including serving the Finance Council of St. Brigid Church, and the Boy Scouts Executive Board. He holds a
bachelor's from Southern Illinois University.
- Chad Holthaus joined 1NB Bank in Carlyle, IL, in 2004 and serves as the Chief Operations Officer (COO). In this
executive role, Holthaus directs the bank's daily operations and strategic management. He holds a Bachelor of
Science in Finance from Eastern Illinois University and completed his advanced professional training in 2025 at the
University of Wisconsin-Madison Graduate School of Banking. Alongside his corporate responsibilities, he has
maintained an active role in civic leadership for over two decades. He has served as the city treasurer for Carlyle
since 2006 and contributes to local community organizations, including the Knights of Columbus and his church
parish council.

- Jenny Dial is the Senior Vice President and Hosting Services Administrator at the Community Bankers Association of Illinois (CBAI).
Since joining CBAI in 1992, Dial has cross-functionally led various strategic initiatives. In 2000, she partnered with Mike Kelley,
President of the Community Bankers Service Corporation (CBSC), to co-found CBAl's Web Hosting Services. The services were
built from the ground up to solve the stringent security, privacy, and regulatory compliance requirements unique to community banks.
Twenty-six years after its inception, the program has grown significantly and maintains a premier A+ security rating. Today, the AWSpowered, SOC2-certified infrastructure provides automated maintenance and robust security controls that keep bank web operations
secure and compliant. This includes advanced deployment and specialized management for restricted .Bank domains.
- Kristen Rogers, owner of Kristen's Koncepts, is a full-stack web designer and developer with over 25 years of experience. She
specializes in Linux and WordPress websites for community banks and has a focus on modernization, usability, compliance, and
security for the web applications in the banking sector. She is dedicated to bringing enterprise services to community banks, and
giving community banks a better presence, a better product, and a better way to do business. She develops compliant websites
with the heightened security requirements for .bank domains, and converting .com websites to be compliant with .bank, allowing
seamless transition from .com to .bank. She works hand-in-hand with CBAl's service providers and technicians to ensure these
sites are fully secure, introducing many banks to a whole new level of security for their websites.
